Department of biophysics and
information technologies

By order No. 282 of the Ferghana branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy dated August 18, 2020, in connection with the beginning of training in specific subjects and specialties in the direction of “Biomedical Engineering”, the department of “Biophysics and Information Technologies”was organized in all directions. The department is located in the main building of the Institute.

In the 2020-2021 academic year, a total of 10 people work at the department, including 1 professor, 3 senior teachers (2 doctors of sciences), 5 assistants, 1 associate professor The scientific potential of the department is based on the base rate of 33.3%. With external and internal tribesmen, this is 27%. In the 2020-2021 academic year, 2 employees of the department (Mamazhonov M. And Sotvoldiev Sh.) have applied for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy for admission to an independent research institute.
Since 2020, the department has been headed by senior lecturer A. Abdumanonov.
Abdumanonov Akhrorjon Adhamzhonovich-Information Technology engineer. Head of the Department “Biophysics and Information Technologies” of the Ferghana Medical Institute of Public Health. He was born on September 2, 1979 in the Bagdad district of the Ferghana region. In 2006, he graduated from the Ferghana branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies. Specialty of education: management and information technologies. Since 2011, he has been working at the Ferghana Medical Institute of Public Health, first as an assistant of the department, senior lecturer of the department and head of the Department” Biophysics and Information Technologies”. A. Abdumanonov has almost 15 years of experience in scientific and pedagogical activities, as well as 20 years of experience in the field of information technologies. During his career, he has published more than 50 articles, more than 10 abstracts, more than 20 reviews of developed software tools and many textbooks. Reception days: every Tuesday of the week from 15.00 to 17.00.
Mukhammadjon Karaboev-Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor, academician of the International Academy of Informatization with the status of UN Adviser, winner of the Gold Medal of the International Society of the French SRI for Strategic Management. Born on 03.08.1942. In 1963, he graduated from the Andijan Pedagogical Institute, was an assistant, a research trainee and a postgraduate student at the Moscow Pedagogical Institute. In 1970 he received the degree of Candidate of Sciences, in 1986 Doctor of Sciences, in 1992 professor. At the initiative of the President of our country, thanks to our independence, the Ferghana University was established for the first time in our valley, the rector of which was appointed Professor M. Karaboev was appointed in 1991, worked during 1994-1996.
  • Karaboev is known in the scientific world as an outstanding scientist-inventor and organizer in the field of molecular acoustics and thermophysics. Author of more than 30 inventions, more than 250 scientific articles published in Uzbekistan and foreign countries, published at prestigious international scientific conferences.
In 1980-1991, he was a member of the specialized scientific council for the defense of dissertations for the degree of doctor and candidate of Sciences in the specialty “Thermophysics and Thermophysics” at the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan. 1970-1977-organizer and head of the research laboratory of acoustics at the Andijan Pedagogical Institute, 1977-1987-Head of the newly created Institute of Thermophysics of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, 1987-1988- Rector of the Ferghana Polytechnic Institute, 1988-1989-1st Deputy Minister of Public Education, 1989-1991 Secretary of the Ferghana Regional Party Committee In 1992-1994, he served as Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan for social Affairs. Rector of Ferghana State University in 1991-1992 and 1994-1997, Since 1998, he has been working at the Ferghana branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy until 2012 as the head of the department, and currently-professor. The total work experience is 58 years, of which the teaching experience is 50 years.
