Department of Nursing

On the basis of order No. 101 X 15 dated April 25, 2015, the Department of Theory and Practice of Nursing was established in the Fergana branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy. From January 1, 2015, B.A. Khaidarova was appointed the head of the department. On the basis of order No. 201, the department “Nursing” was created in the Fergana branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy. The department is located in the main building of the Fergana city multidisciplinary hospital.

Pediatrics(International Faculty):

On the nursing process and emergency care for patients of therapeutic and surgical profile, classes are held for students of pediatric directions. 10.5 full-time places have been allocated for the department. To date, 1 senior teacher and 8 assistants teach at the department. The teaching staff of the department conducts scientific research on the topic “The role of nurses in promoting a healthy lifestyle among the population”. The assistants of the department conduct research work on the following topics: Nurmatova on the topic “Neurological changes in patients with COVID-19”, G. B. Usmonova on the topic “Originality in the anthropometric indicators of children developing on natural and artificial nutrition”, Mamatalieva Zh. A. on the topic “Clinical and epidemiological features of a stroke in the Ferghana Valley”. The defense of the dissertation on these research works is scheduled for 2024.
