ADMISSION PROCEDURE

According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 20, 2019 № 517 “On admission of foreign citizens to educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan and introduction of amendments to the regulations on the procedure for training”, and the regulations approved by this decree, foreign citizens to Fergana Medical Institute of public health (FMIPH)

Documents of foreign citizens are accepted by the FMIPH admission Commission in accordance with the following list:

To complete the admission process, a candidate requires the following documents to complete the admission process successfully.

N.S., application to the name of the rector specified in the direction of citizenship and education

National passport copy

Copy of temporary residence permit in Uzbekistan – if available

Copy of the certificate/diploma/ certificate confirming the general secondary or secondary special, vocational education of a foreign citizen translated into Uzbek or Russian and certified by a notary

Medical certificate (form 086)

Photo frame (3,5×4,5) - 6 pieces

Documents of foreign citizens are accepted only on the basis of the National Civil passport of this state and they are handed over a copy of the National Civil passport.At the same time, if a foreign citizen has a residence permit in the Republic of Uzbekistan, in this case, along with a copy of the national passport of a foreign citizen, a copy of the residence permit in the Republic of Uzbekistan will also be submitted. The mentioned citizens are also considered foreign citizens permanently residing in the Republic of Uzbekistan and submit documents in accordance with the established procedure for the above-mentioned foreign citizens.
A foreign citizen is accepted to study only on the basis of payment-a contract, they make their payments in the amount prescribed for foreign citizens. Foreign citizens make their payments for study in the national currency on the basis of the exchange rate established by the central bank on the day of payment, in the equivalent of foreign currency. At the same time, foreign citizens, along with the bank’s payment order or receipt of payment, also issue a certificate on the conversion of foreign currency into national currency in the banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Except for foreign citizens who have a residence permit in the Republic of Uzbekistan. They make payments in national currency, based on the exchange rate established by the central bank on the day of payment, in the equivalent of foreign currency. They do not require a certificate of exchange of foreign currency into the national currency.
According to Article 4 of the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “on education”, persons residing in the Republic of Uzbekistan and having “residence certificate in the Republic of Uzbekistan for a person without citizenship” shall submit and receive documents on the basis of the general procedure established for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan and not as foreign citizens. Payments for study are also made in the national currency in accordance with the established procedure and in the amount of payment for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The acceptance of applications of foreign citizens in the areas of bachelor’s degree (General Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Pediatrics) has begun.

To apply for the first course, a foreign citizen must provide the following documents:

a copy of the document on education or qualifications

scanned copy of a passport or other document proving identity and citizenship

a copy of the medical report
