HISTORY OF THE DEPARTMENT

The Department of Epidemiology of Microbiology and Infectious Diseases was founded in 1994. The Department of Epidemiology, Microbiology and Infectious Diseases was established by the decision of the Academic Council of Ferghana State University on September 29, 1993 on the basis of the order of the rector of the University on December 12, 1994 512-L, in 1994-1997 the director was Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor K. M. Mirzaev. Theoretical and practical classes were held in such subjects as” epidemiology, Western epidemiology”,” Microbiology, Virology, immunology”,” bacteriology”,” infectious diseases”,” nursing work in infectious diseases”,” clinical epidemiology”,”infection control”. 1997-1999 the director was Candidate of Medical Sciences, associate professor F. H. Rasulov. In 2000-2006, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor I. M. Yakubov worked as a teacher. Candidate of Medical Sciences in 2012-2015. The head was O. Yakubov. 2016,

The department has 11.75 jobs. Of these, 6 main jobs, 2 internal jobs, 5 external jobs and 1 laboratory manager, 1 lobarant job.

 

TESHABOEV AZIZBEK MUKHAMMADALIEVICH

He was born in 1982 in the Uchkuprik district of the Ferghana region. In 2002, he entered the Ferghana branch of the 2nd Tashkent State Medical Institute, in 2008 he graduated from the Ferghana branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy. In 2008, he was hired as an assistant at the Department of Epidemiology, Microbiology and Infectious Diseases of the Ferghana branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy. In 2008-2011, after completing a master’s degree at the Tashkent Medical Academy, he worked as an assistant at the Department of Epidemiology, Microbiology and Infectious Diseases of the Ferghana branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy, since 2011-general head of the qualification practice in the areas of medical and preventive work, higher nursing and professional education of the branch.Since the 2020-2021 academic year, he has been working as the Head of the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Immunology.

A.Teshabaev is the author of 18 scientific articles, 9 teaching aids. He directs several talented students conducting research in the field of epidemiology. Currently, Teshaboev Azizbek conducts scientific research on the topic “the occurrence of secondary immunodeficiency in the experiment and its treatment with plants”.

 Soliev Bakhtiyor – Assistant Professor of Microbiology, Virology and Immunology.

He was born in 1965 in Akhunboboev district of Fergana region. In 1990 he graduated from the Tashkent State Medical Institute No. 2 with a degree in preventive medicine. 1992-1995 Assistant at the Department of Children and Adolescents of the 2nd Tashkent State Medical University, 1995-1998 Assistant of the Department of Hygiene, Fergana State University, 1998-1999 at the Fergana branch of the 2nd Tashkent State Medical Institute Senior Lecturer, 1999-2001 Postgraduate Student of the Research Institute of Sanitation, Hygiene and Occupational Diseases, 2001-2011 Methodist, Head of the Scientific Department and Deputy Director for Practice at Fergana Medical College, 2011 -In 2016, he worked as a director and teacher at the Kuva Medical College. Fergana Public Health Medical Institute from 2020 Microbiology,

B.Soliev is the author of 6 scientific articles and 2 theses.

Khalikov Kahramon Nu’monovich – Assistant of the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Immunology.

He was born in 1974 in Fergana district of Fergana region. In 1998 he graduated from the Fergana branch of the 2nd Tashkent State Medical Institute. From 1999 to 2016 he worked as a sanitary doctor and head of the department at the regional DSENM,

In 2016-2020 he worked as the head of the department at the Quvasoy DSENM, from 2020 he worked as an assistant at the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Immunology of the Fergana Public Health Medical Institute.

Khalikov is the author of 2 scientific articles and teaching aids.
